Sari Megan Kern
RN MBA
CEO
Sari is an experienced entrepreneurial and strategic operations executive. Her diversified career in various industries and markets such as healthcare, health-tech, clinical research, strategic consulting, nursing, leadership, visual arts, scuba diving and poker, gives her an edge when it comes to specialized and broad experience, analysis, operations, strategy, and evidence-based decision making.
In addition to her consulting experience, Sari has worked on the corporate side of companies of various growth stages and industries, developing strategic corporate plans, financial projection models for boards and investors, and developing and growing new verticals.
Sari earned her MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. While pursuing her degree and since, she has delivered impressive tangible and measurable results for various companies in competitive markets focused on strategy, finance, budgeting, marketing, change management, and competitive landscape analysis.
Sari's interests include health and wellness and she is particularly interested in the wellness and vegan food industries, food tech, and lifestyle companies which increase quality of life while simultaneously having a positive impact on the environment and society. She is also a passionate philanthropist and chairs the Associate Board of Professionals for Aviva Family & Children's Services, is a founding board member of the Clinical Trials in Color Foundation, and a board member of the international ocean conservation organization, Reef Check.
A 3rd-generation Los Angeles native, Sari lives with her loving husband, Justin, and their sons, Kai and Bodhi.
Madison Marsh
Marketing Assistant
Madison is the Marketing Assistant for Alpha Data Strategies. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a major in Marketing. Over the years, Madison has become an expert in many different areas of marketing, including event planning, social media management, content creation, and other administrative tasks. Madison is originally from a small town in Wisconsin and currently resides in sunny San Diego, CA.
